Terms and conditions
These terms govern the purchase of products in this store. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age and that you accept these terms.

2. Territorial scope
We sell and ship to most of the European Union. The available countries appear when you enter your address at checkout.
3. Products
We sell cosmetic products manufactured in the European Union. The photographs are indicative and there may be slight variations in the shade of the packaging. The full list of ingredients (INCI) appears on each product page and on the packaging.
Cosmetic products are not medicines: their purpose is to cleanse, perfume, protect or improve the appearance of the skin. If you have a skin condition or are undergoing treatment, please consult a healthcare professional before using them.
4. The ordering process
Select the products, review your basket and enter your delivery and payment details. Before confirming you will see a summary showing the total amount. Once you press the payment button the order is placed and you will receive confirmation by email. If it does not arrive within a few hours, please check your spam folder and get in touch with us.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable in the country of delivery. Delivery charges are calculated and shown separately before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change our prices; the price that applies is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment
We accept debit and credit cards and the other methods shown on the payment screen. Payment is taken through a secure gateway; we have no access to your card details.
7. Delivery and timescales
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the European Union. Preparation takes 2 working days and transit varies according to the country of destination, so the estimated delivery time is 6 to 13 working days from confirmation of the order. The time that applies to your country is shown when you enter your delivery address before payment. This is an estimate: it may vary during peak periods, because of carrier incidents or because of incomplete addresses. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
If we have not delivered your order within 30 calendar days, you may terminate the contract and we will refund the full amount paid.
8. Availability
If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you and you may choose to wait, to replace it, or to cancel that part of the order and receive the corresponding refund.
9. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, subject to the exceptions provided for by law in respect of products sealed for hygiene reasons. The conditions and the procedure are set out in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (the Spanish consumer protection act). If a product is not in conformity, you may request its repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The guarantee does not cover deterioration caused by improper use, nor the normal consumption of the product.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
You may send any complaint to our contact address. We will reply to you in writing.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of your country.
