Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without having to give any reason and without penalty.
An important exception for cosmetics
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (article 103(e) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (the Spanish consumer protection act), which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU).
In practice: you may return any product whose original seal or film is still intact. A product that has been opened or used cannot be returned, unless it is faulty or does not correspond to what you ordered.
How to return an order
- Write to us at info@noventisbeauty.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number and the products you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and the instructions.
- Send the products back in their original packaging, unopened, within no more than 14 days of notifying us of your decision.
You may also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, although you are not obliged to do so.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is yours to bear, unless the product is faulty, was sent in error or does not correspond to what you ordered: in those cases we cover it in full.
Refunds
We will refund the amount you paid, including the initial standard delivery charge, within no more than 14 calendar days of receiving the products or of your providing proof that you have sent them back. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one, we will refund the cost of standard delivery.
Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, out of date, incorrect or not working as it should, write to us as soon as you notice, attaching a photograph and your order number. We will send you a replacement product or refund the amount, as you prefer, at no cost to you. This right is separate from the right of withdrawal and is governed by the legal guarantee of conformity.
Skin reactions
If a product has caused a reaction, stop using it and contact us. We will pass the information on to the responsible person for the product in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. If the reaction is serious, please see a healthcare professional.
