Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to Spain and to most of the European Union. The available countries are shown when you enter your address at checkout. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to their own customs procedures and taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: €5.95.
- Free shipping on orders of €60 or more.
- Express shipping: available for most destinations; the price depends on the weight of the order.
The exact cost is calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
We prepare your order within 2 working days and ship it from our logistics centre in the European Union. The estimated total delivery time is 6 to 13 working days from order confirmation, depending on the destination country; the time for your country is shown when you enter your address before paying. This is an estimate: it may be longer in peak season or if the carrier has an incident.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.
Delivery issues
- Order not received: if you have not received your order after the estimated time, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If we have not delivered it within 30 calendar days of confirmation, you may cancel the contract and we will refund the full amount.
- Damaged parcel: write to us as soon as you receive it, with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will send you a replacement or refund the amount.
- Incorrect address: if the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it free of charge. If it has already shipped, the costs of re-sending caused by an incorrect address are borne by the customer.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase. The conditions, including the exception for unsealed cosmetics, are set out in our returns policy.
